Hey, Y'all!!! 3 days of competition come to a close with this year's @speedocanada Canadian Masters Championships.

I completed seven races this weekend and was able to break four of my Masters or Lifetime personal best times this weekend. 🙌🙌🙌 I am excited to see what the continued training will do with these times in a month.

Hey, Y'all!!!

It is day one of the @speedocanada Canadian Masters Championship in #saskatoon this weekend. I will be swimming in 3 of my 7 races for the weekend and look forward to kicking things off.

I am starting today off with some @getthegoo Mochazilla today before heading over to the pool. The biscuits and mocha candy flavor pairs very well with the cerebral effects and uplift this Live Rosin has to offer!
